Helping people with computers... one answer at a time.

Please Read

  • I cannot respond to every question. I get too many every day.

  • Use Search First Well over half of the questions I get are already answered on the site. Don't wait for me, use the Google Search function at the top of the page.

  • I require a valid email address so that I can get more information from you if I need it, or to notify you if I answer your question. (Note: I can not respond to challenge/response spam filters. Please white-list leo<at>pugetsoundsoftware.com in order to receive any email I might attempt to send.)

There are more tips on getting your question answered in: Why didn't you answer my question?.

PLEASE Help me Help You

Please include:

  • the version of the operating system you are running

  • the name and version of the software you may be having problems with

  • detailed steps to reproduce your problem

  • the complete and specific text of any error messages

If it's a problem of a more general nature I still need details.

Without this information I cannot help you and it's likely that you will not get a response.

Finally, if I can't understand your question there's no way I can respond. Please be complete and clear.

So after you've read and understood all that, type in your question, press the "Ask Leo!" button below and your question will be placed in my queue. If I answer it, you'll hear from me via email.
