I tried both but it didn't capture the whole screen.
(PrtScn takes a picture of the entire current screen.
ALT+PrtScn takes a picture of the currently active window only.)
So the lower part of the picture was missing.
Can you help? Cheers Angela

hey, i did everything you said to do in your article but once i open paint or photoshop, you can't click the paste button which means that it didn't work. i don't know what i'm doing wrong?

The most common problem I see is that PrntScrn sometimes is on a key with another fnction as well. Often in those cases you need to also press shift, Fn or FLock key to get it to work. Exactly what depends on exactly what keyboard you have.
