someone has changed my password and secret question (rebel_rosie89@hotmail.com). I have an other email address (rosiec4@msn.com) can i still change my password???

i think some one has hacket into my email, reach_dane@hotmail.com i need to hack back into it. they have changed the password and my question. i have inportant information on it and i just hope u believe me...
