Read the article that everyone's commenting on. I just reformatted my hard drive, and my machine says the same thing when I defrag after all my programs are re-installed. Funnily enough though, there are no programs in the list of "un-defragged programs", even though it says to look in the list! Posted by: Carl Goodwin at June 30, 2006 9:11 PMSometimes the easiest solutions are the best. Try defragging in "safe mode" and turning off your screensaver. Altho, as Dave says, you have to have enough free space on your harddrive for the defragger to work right. Posted by: Dave at July 2, 2006 1:52 PMooops, sorry, i meant "as Leo says" mahbad!! Posted by: Leo Notenboom at January 1, 2007 1:00 PMhow can i remove resered system space? Posted by: ryan raven at January 3, 2007 8:19 AMi have a bunch of blue files scattered in large chunks and they wont seem to move closer together in one big chunk any ideas? Do nothing. Blue chunks is what you want. That there are spaces between chunks means nothing. Posted by: art at January 4, 2007 9:38 PM
