I tried moving my taskbar from the top to the bottom but when i right click on the empty part of the taskbar It won't go anywhere and it is not locked Posted by: Kevin Moore at March 23, 2007 2:28 AMTry this. First drag it to one side. If it will go there, then drag it to the bottom. it still didnt move my start menu to the bottom where it suppose to go.
