CommentsAll Comments on: I accidentally deleted my Recycle Bin in Vista - how do I get it back?
Read the article that everyone's commenting on. I did the exact same thing. When I tried to put it back on the desktop by dragging it from the Explorer, it does not appear correctly. It appears full when it is not and empty when it is not. This is the correct solution. Thank again, Leo, again you are right on time!
