I accidentally deleted my Recycle Bin in Vista - how do I get it back?

I did the exact same thing. When I tried to put it back on the desktop by dragging it from the Explorer, it does not appear correctly. It appears full when it is not and empty when it is not.

In windows XP it is easyer... just go to windows map well i diddent now this , Thanks for help

I did the things you said to do and clicked on the recycle bin...it did not come back, the only things on the desktop are the clock, and a photo gallery all the original icons are gone. I don't know how I did this
