Posted by: esme at November 22, 2005 11:57 AMHi there Leo
There is a way to change the default sort order of the file dialog box. I learnt this the hard way because I inadvertently changed the order to sort by date and had to figure out how to reorder it by name. The way to do it is to open any folder in windows explorer. Then go to view/details and choose your ordering (e.g. by name). Then hold the Ctrl key and click on the X to close the window. After this, the default ordering for windows is whatever the order was before you closed the windows.

Posted by: murat at February 17, 2006 7:11 AMHow can I prevent "System 32" appearing when I start to access AOL?
Also, "Error loading C:PROGRA~1\MYWEBS~1\bar\1.bin\MWSBAR.DLL" keeps showing at the same time.
How can I prevent this showing at the same time?
Answer to harrytabby:
an incomplete uninstall of a program in C:\Program Files\MyWebSearch\bar\1.bin\MWSBAR.DLL when uninstalling MyWebSearch (Adware) which heavily slows down the pc and can be fixed by running either SpyBot Search and Destroy or Ad-Aware SE freely downloadable from the net. I am sure you aren't using these antispyware software, and once u use it, it will show you much more than u expected.
Hope this solves your prob.
