I go to sign on to msn but then i a little pop up comes up & it says "A newer version is avalibe. You must install the newer version in order to continue. Would you like to do this now"? And a click yes & it takes about 20minuets to download & then i go to sign in again & the pop up comes back again!! If any one knows what to do or hade the same problem could you guys please get back to me! Thanx. Alana

hi i need to know how to get rid of an old aol screenname the last time it was used was in dec 2004 when my puter crashed since then aol had me go under hubbys account and now i have a new screenname. i tried to get help from aol but no luck. i did find it under member services so i know its still active but i no longer have use for it please help me get rid of it PLEASE
