If you back up the yahoo message history you can decode it using Super Yahoo Message Archive Decoder from http://www.piravi.com
It's available for free. Its a cool program

I have downloaded super yahoo messenger rchive decoder and also Ydecode and both of then are working well but they have archived IMs that i cant find in my Yahoo messenger archive. When i long on Yahoo and look under history archive i cant find those Ims but they are displayed in Super messenger and Yahdecoder? Can anyone help me how to find that text file and put it in my Yahoo archive? Can it be that Super messenger decodes the text and Yahoo archive doesnt?
Thanks
A.

I would need to recover some contact information that was sent to me by YIM, unfortunately I didn't choose the option of saving all messages on Yahoo, neither did the other person. How can I do to recover this information?
