but it didn't work in the current opened windows - I had to restart the conversation and then it worked.
I have no idea how this box became unchecked though... (who knows).

i witnessed how the box got unchecked....but still dont know how....
I did system restore, reinstalled msn and planty of other crap to get it to work, thx a lot man u really saved my comp =D
