ehh check if your computer is overheating. Especially if you have just bought a new hard drive. oh and clean off dust from the fan that might help too. Or a thermal compund on your processing chip might be needed.

One example was with a Gateway computer, where I installed 768MB of memory, where the motherboard could only handle 512MB. After removing the excess memory, problem solved. I would check the manufacturer of the motherboard (or computer) to see if there is a BIOS update, or driver updates.
Or there could be a nasty virus. Use some free online virus scanning programs and see whats what.

Can you please help me & advice what to do ....

mine restarts secnods after loading windows - before I can do anything. Please help. I can't even get files off the computer.
