For some reason MSN has deleted all of my sent email and I did not change any options. Also my stored folder has been emptied. Why has this happened? I had saved very important emails. How can I retrieve these emails?

i dont understand why i cant retrieve my sent stuff. your instructions tell me to go the File Menu and click on New folder. There is no new folder to click on???????????

my sent items box is not saving my sent mail but I know it is being received when sent. The appropriate tag is ticked and worked perfectly until a few days after broadband was installed. Help please!

My msn E-Mail is not showing at all in my mail box, But I can get it on HotMail can you tell me whats wrong, When it went away is when I downloaded a new version of internet explorer. thanks Mongo,
