hello sir how r u ? i just wanted to know that whenever i try to play "moto gp urt 3" game on my computer i got the following error : D3D9.DLL FILE is linked to missing export DDRAW.DLL:DdEntry18 . 'A device attached to the system is not functioning.' and it seems like i am facing this problem because of directx. do u know the solution to this problem. u will be of great help to me. please reply.

Posted by: linuxis better at December 17, 2006 6:12 PMi have installed directx 9c, however when i run dxdiag.. it shows directx 9b... now how do i un-ins tall directx 9b orupgrade it to directx 9c. i cannot run a lot of my games lord of the rings 2, caesar 4 etc...i am using windows xp.
Posted by: ss at December 19, 2006 7:05 AMUm, I went and tried to do what leo posted, using the regedit... and I accedentally deleted the microsoft folder instead of the directx folder in the folder. The only good thing is that it cut me off and said i couldnt delete a few of the folders. What should I do?
