what can ı do for 0x81000301 error code? pls help

I'm having trouble with msn messenger 6.2 it's so scrued up when i start msn messenger 6.2 it loads then closes i have to go to the website to check my e-mail wat do i do???

install msn messenger 6.2 (disabled win/msg 1st)
now @ signin i get the "troubleshooter" & x81000370 error.
another forum suggests run cmd:
regsvr32 softpub.dll to re-start a service but it does not work either.
