This article: http://ask-leo.com/msn_instant_messenger_is_unable_to_connect_with_error_0x81000301_what_do_i_do.html has some pointers.
Ive had msn messenger 6.2 for over a month but lately I cannot log-in properly. I get to the sign-in box,I sign-in and suddenly the msn messenger box plus the icon on bottom of screen disappears in about 3 seconds without actually signing in. I receive no error codes and I have uninstalled, reinstalled, but no luck. Thoughts??? Thanks

error code 0x81000370
For some reason, the "sign in" dialogue box of MSN Messenger 6.2 is appearing with "oblongs" where the word "sign in" should be? I haven't removed any fonts, so can't undertand why this has happened.
Any ideas? Thanks.
