what is gmails POP3 and SMTP ???

ok so how to I get it to let me email when it says error pop3 on incoming and smtp error
where do i change this I have comcast and also aol
WHERE you change it depends on what email program you use.
WHAT you set it to depends on your ISP. You'll need to check with them for proper settings.
