How i can send an email with designed page paste to yahoo or gmail not as attachment but on main page?

Using yahoo mail, how do I attach pictures. I cannot get a clear answer.

When you compose a new message click on the "attach" button, and then select the picture you want to attach.

Dear Leo - Related to this article, I have another scenario. When sending photos, my email program both embeds a photo, as well as includes the photos as attachments. Question: Does having embedded photos take up more space (size of email) than with the attachment alone? Therefore does it take up more space on the recipient's drvie/memory? Thanks!
