BUT evrytime i try to get to my secret question in order to change it, it doesnt come up with the window that says type ur secret answer... it only comes up with the options:
1)Send an e-mail message to my alternate e-mail address
2)Send an e-mail message to (my email address that ive forgot my password to)
i ddnt enter an alternative email address when i last signed in so please could u tell me how i can change it?
Posted by: Taiba at June 10, 2005 9:22 AMIf Hotmail doesn't offer you an option of a secret question, it doesn't think that there is one associated with the account. So if you don't have what it *is* asking you for, then I believe you're out of luck.
