how do i change my secret question for my msn account if the pages your supposed to go on dont wokr they always say (page cannot be displayed) so..........? how do i?

i want to change my secrete answer as well as passwords
ecause i can not open
i was wondering if there was a way to make my own secret question and answer up? hotmail has changed its secret question options however, it does not allow me to type my own one in, even though i noe my old secret question and answer. is there any other way to make my own one up?
