I used this service - http://www.removeyourname.com/
They were the most affordable and professional service I found. They called me back within five minutes of my filling out their contact form. Zallas took over a week to call me back. By then my issue was already fixed by RemoveYourName.com. Good article
For those that truly want an end all to having their names removed from search engines all you have to do is contact a real hacker (lol I know one). Myself I actually get one hell of a joy out of seeing my name all over the web due to comments from some nasty skank bar whore. Lmao I used to put my own name on Girldontdatehim.com but now I am really a member and Im so happy. True player status lol
Posted by: Todd meuir at December 2, 2007 6:27 PMI tried the Zallas company as well, they were way overpriced and not very responsive. Then I tried a company that I seen on the news Reputationdefender.com.... their package was fairly reasonable, tho i had a lot of issues trying to get content removed. I finally went to another company (Http://www.CyberFootprints.com) and although it cost a bit more than i originally wanted to spend they were able to remove the links.
Posted by: Jason Stanton at April 3, 2008 7:14 PMMake sure you do your research. I spoke with the CyberFootprints people. They say the process takes could take months. When you do a Whois search on them they have only been around for one month as of April 30th. The domain was registered on March 29th. "Jason's" post above is posted 4 days later. My spam radar is going off! Also, when you go to their site they have 9 "testimonials". If your process takes months and you have only existed for one month then how do you have 9 testimonials? Sounds weird to me.
Posted by: Mike at April 30, 2008 5:28 AMbut sometimes some webmasters need to do some experiments on one of them websites and didn't want visitors to reach for this website , any way i think that most intelligent search engine is Google (because google archive any website on the internet once you setup it without need to add it in search engine such as yahoo) , so if you want to remove your website from search engine , you can saw these useful links:

Posted by: peter at June 19, 2008 4:38 PMRegarding "Mike's" post - we just ran into this blog as it is #2 when doing a search for our company; Cyberfootprnts is a brand that we branched off of our current Search Engine Marketing Company's operations; we helped many existing SEO customers with the service of link removal and we asked them to write testimonials for our new brand which deals solely with these issues - this is where many of our testimonials came from.
We are currently #3 in Google results for the keyword "Google Link Removal" at the moment, so I think those results speak for themselves as to our capabilities. As far as how long the process takes, it is a long and expensive process no different than Search Engine Marketing for any business which can run in the thousands - but instead we are marketing good publicity and yes as Mike said it can take months, there are no shortcuts here, and we cater to businesses and a high profile individuals who want professional results and to whom the process and cost makes the most sense for.
Posted by: Luke at July 20, 2008 11:49 AMOk... So, I went ahead and signed up with www.zallas.com and the problem is gone. finally, after wasting my time with RemoveYourName people, who clearly posted their ficticious testimonial here up above. come on... Actually, the process with folks at zallas didn't seem simple either, but it worked. it took a while, I started seeing some articles show up after about 2 weeks and about 30-45 days it's now done. we have a 6 month contract, so I'm not sure what's gonna happen now, and I hope this will not come back. so I'll keep everyone posted here. Thanks for all the input!
Posted by: Bent at August 21, 2008 11:25 AMWhy would we pay a company to push our names back only 2 or 3 webpages when we can do that OURSELVES by posting our names into bulletin boards and so forth . . . the problem is, we can't get them REMOVED !
I'm facing this problem as well ! I had a man get mad at me after filing a report and now my name has the word "prostitute" next to it when I'm Googled. Being in a conservative industry, this is not good !
It's sad that the only way to escape it, in reality, is to change our names !
Overnight, I was able to push the negative information to the 2nd page . . . geez, why would I pay someone $1,000 to only push it back 3 pages ?
If I want to bury my information, I simply have to post positive info. all over the internet with my full name attached to it on a consistent, daily basis . . . I figure, 10 times a day and eventually, it will all be pushed back very far.
Posted by: Sally Sorenson at September 22, 2008 6:25 PMI talked with cyber foot prints too, they were professional, but they seemed expensive and I could tell they were more interested in bigger clients than me. I eventually decided to try Zallis too, and I am in the process still, its been months, I tried to get a refund but they want me to wait a few more months, so we'll see, not any change so far, ill keep everyone posted.
Posted by: Brett at September 23, 2008 10:21 PMi decided to go post my name in some forums and blogs for the same reason, and the people who where mad at me posted comments and responses back and now I have like ten times the bad press, i am so upset. guess i have to check some of these companies or something to help me, just be careful wher you post.
