Just want to drop you a note of thanks Leo! I was struggling with trying to access a particular website for days, and I tried the solution above, and it worked immediately. Thank you - you saved me from kicking my pc in LOL!

Additionally, in certain cases, before anything, one can check websites availability at http://www.downforeveryoneorjustme.com/
