wow, brilliant, great, holding down 'fn key' all the
time was really annoying. so glad to sort it out
and before my computer mad son and hubby too!!

i tried again and it worked. this time i pressed shift at the same time as numlk. thank god for that!my dad wont be cross now. thankyou so much, you have given me a good excuse to carry on with my homework! lol! you are the best and i will recommend this website to all those with pc problems!
