I just reformatted my hard drive, and my machine says the same thing when I defrag after all my programs are re-installed. Funnily enough though, there are no programs in the list of "un-defragged programs", even though it says to look in the list!
Posted by: Carl Goodwin at June 30, 2006 9:11 PMSometimes the easiest solutions are the best. Try defragging in "safe mode" and turning off your screensaver. Altho, as Dave says, you have to have enough free space on your harddrive for the defragger to work right.
