Utilities like Magic ISO or Virtual CloneDrive (the latter from Slysoft.com) will mount the ISO image file on a virtual disk. :) Of course, if you just want to take a look at the things inside or view and open the setup.exe file, 7-Zip and WinRAR work just as well.

I forgot about this one which a college friend of mine uses - Power ISO.
