What should I do about low 'memory' on my recovery drive?

But How do I get the message to go away, it keeps poping up when I turn my computer on.

Microsoft has a knowledgebase article on it - Description of the Low Disk Space Notification in Windows XP that includes instructions to turn it off. Requires registry editing.
