how do I stop having this auto send spam mail from my email.. The address is from grhms.com.. it keeps sending out emails to people in my contacts and putting my name as sender at grhms01.com..I have ran kapernsky and it indicates no virus.. so how do I stop this.

No there is not. It's probably spam, and by responding to them you have shown them that you read their mail, and that your email address is valid. If they are spammers this will encourage them to send you more, not less.

In reality, there is nothing you can do.

I would simply set up a rule or filter in your mail client that immediately deleted mail from this company when it arrives.

I CAN NOT GET ANY RESULTS: I WANT TO KNOW HOW TO STOP A CERTAIN COMPANY FROM EMAILING ME! IHAVE ASKED THEM THE 7TH. TIME TO STOP AND HAVE EVEN TOLD THEM AND DID REPORT THEM TO FCC. I HAVE EVEN SWORE AT THEM. WHAT CAN BE DONE. ADELPHIA'S SUPPORT REALLY IS NOT MUCH HELP , SO ARE THERE ANY SOLUTIONS?
