ok, say if you changed your password and forgot and tried signing in a bunch of times then it said you signed in to many times, then you remember what your password is but you cant sign in, and you dont remember the answer to your secrete question and want to change your password by just typeing in the old password then the new or changeing your secrete question, without signing in, do you know what I could do to get into my account? (oh and when i try changeing it through email the thing is always experienceing tecnical difficulties)

If Hotmail doesn't offer you an option of a secret question, it doesn't think that there is one associated with the account. So if you don't have what it *is* asking you for, then I believe you're out of luck.

hi, recently someone hacked into my account and changed my passowrd. i changed it back and now theyve changed ti again. BUT evrytime i try to get to my secret question in order to change it, it doesnt come up with the window that says type ur secret answer... it only comes up with the options:

1)Send an e-mail message to my alternate e-mail address
2)Send an e-mail message to (my email address that ive forgot my password to)

i ddnt enter an alternative email address when i last signed in so please could u tell me how i can change it?
