      <![CDATA[<p>With regard to rundll32.exe: it is run at startup on my computer for an external sound card (Creative USB Live! 24-bit external). However, it keeps running throughtout my session - if I end the process, will I lose functionality? I don't know if rundll32.exe needs to keep running to maintain the access it provides...</p>

a rundll32 is there and if i don;t end task my compu. runs out of syst. resources but if i use crtl-alt-delete and hi-lite rundll32 end task the compu. will run all day ,wondering if this is a worm.<br />
