It's a virus/ trojan horse. MacAfee has more information, but regardless of which you use, update your anti-virus definitions and scan to get rid of it.

How do you remove the file explored.exe ?
I get 'denied access' when working from DOS to del it ?
AVG found it where NAV seemed to miss it.
