What is GRi.exe?

I've seen references to two different programming languages with that name. You might try some of the steps outlines in What's this DLL? on the .exe file to see if you can gather a few more clues to narrow it down.

Leo Leo A. Notenboom has been playing with computers since he was required to take a programming class in 1976. An 18 year career as a programmer at Microsoft soon followed.
