I have found a way to remove keenval virus, the only problem is after a while it might come back, because I think that it might be coming from a website or some other source. but here is how I removed it: turn off system restore, reboot your computer and then turn system restore back on and then run your virus program. It should be gone after that. Hope it works:)

I have removed this trojan before, but it keeps coming back and I have to keep removing it. What I would like to know is where does it come from, what is the source? If I can get the source I can probably get rid of it all together

Symantec seems to have released a removal tool for this.
