Helping people with computers... one answer at a time.

Getting the 'From:' button to show in Outlook 2003 fortunately is a easy thing to accomplish.

How do I get the 'From:' button to show in Outlook 2003?

Compose a new message, click on the View menu, and select the From: item. If you have "smart menus" enabled you may need to wait a few seconds after dropping down the View menu in order to see the From: item if it's not already there.

Thanks, Zap!
Word may be "overkill" but if someone paid the $$$ for it then they deserve to have the ability to use it as an editor. Your response was much appreciated and didn't blow off the first poster.

I cannot get the "Option" button to display the little down arrow. Therefore I cannot get to the "From" field. MS Word is NOT the editor.
Any help would be appreciated.

Related question: once you activate the "from" button is there any way to automatically show the user's name?
Thanks!

If you have word set as email editor, all you need to do is click the arrow to the right of the Options button, and then click from/Bcc.
