How do I re-install Outlook Express?

As far as I know, you cannot. You can try Windows Mail (already in Vista) or
Windows Live Mail (a download, similar to Outlook). More here:

Dear Leo,

I need your help.

I'm using Outlook Express for many years.

Yesterday when I check my in-box....I noticed that I cant delete e mails that I dont want to keep any more.

Also...each time I try opening new received e mails (as well as old mails), the following window showed up. : " OUTLOOK EXPRESS WAS UNABLE TO SEND A RECEIPT " .........when I click on send and receive....I get the following error window : " AN UNKNOWN ERROR ACCURED - ERROR # 0x800c0133 " preventing me to load my e mails from my server.

Seems my outlook express been freezed ! Is there any way to fix or repair this problem???

Please help me fix this problem.

I am trying to update XP home edition to sp2. The update will not take, keeps hanging at WABMIG.exe installation. This is related to Outlook Express I think, but I cannot get Outlook express to install. I've tried reinstalling Internet Explorer and still no luck. There are a couple utilities I want to run on this PC, but I need to have service pack 2 installed, but can't get that installed until I get this WABMIG.exe issue resolved.

Any ideas??

I download mails from hotmail http server and have my adress book syn on the server but now i cant access my mails from hotmail.windows mail has only pop server

Besides using legal Windows XP, with this method, there are missing files, i.e. sol.exe for soletaire game. I don't download games. Is there a web-page to download the 6.0 OE re-install program?

I have Outlook Express 6 with 2 identities. Recently, on my secondary identity, I can no longer receive emails. Instead all the emails that were sent to my secondary identity went into my primary identity account. How do I fix this? Please email me back if you can.
