Unsubscribing is easy, all you need to do is click a link, and then click an option on the resulting page.

At the bottom of every newsletter is something that looks like this:
To unsubscribe, click the highlighted link.
On the resulting page:
Click on the Unsubscribed option, and then on the Save My Subscriber Settings button underneath.
That's all there is to it.
