I have Windows 98 - how do I get Windows 98 Second Edition?

Well, you can certainly run out and buy a copy. I found several on the web. However, as I understand it, the majority of the benefits of the second edition can be had simply by visiting Windows Update.

By the way, my real recommendation is that if your hardware supports it, Windows XP is a much more stable operating system.
