MSN Instant Messenger is unable to connect with error 0x81000301. What do I do?
•
It's kind of hard to say what might be
causing this problem, but I did find a very helpful
thread of ideas to try out on BigBlueBall.com; a
site dedicated to instant messaging.

Messenger won’t allow me to stay
logged in, connects for a fraction of a second and cuts
off and automatically with no error message.
