MSN Messenger 6.2 seems to be causing me problems, what should I do?
I've seen a handful of reports of people experiencing slowdowns and other problems after they've upgraded to MSN Messenger 6.2.

So far I've been able to to nail down a couple of possible helpful links. The Ask Marvin! Forums has two interesting items: this thread describes a common slowdown and a solution, and then there's this item on general Messenger Troubleshooting Tips.
IMPORTANT: be sure to check MSN's own MSN Network Status page. Quite often if you're having a problem, it's not you - it's the service. And that's the page to check for the latest information.

Whenever I type an instant message in messenger that requires me to use a question mark(?), I get a capital E with an accent above it...it is driving me crazy...is there anyway to fix this?
Posted by: Michelle at May 26, 2007 2:27 PMhelp me plz the problem is that the old hotmail that i had was great i was able to see my new messages that i recievd however now when ever i log into my new hotmail messenger 6.2 it does not show me any new messages that i may have recieved. it also shows on my main screen when i log into my computer that i still have 5 unread messages and this does not seem to go however i no that i have read all my messages. and this is driving me crazy what should i do help!!!!!
