My laptop is very slow - smsls. exe is using most of the CPU - what's up?

Hi! My laptop is very slow, but for example, only when im trying to download videos fron you tube it take more then 10 min when i can see the compleate video and also with photographs, my computer is protected and i got a good conexion i appreciate your help!, what can be due to?

Slow run and slow boot up are common problems for Windows user. The causes are often very complicated. It's not all related with hardware, registry, viruses or spyware!

For example, Windows built-in a lot of services and startup item start with system. Think about that, how could your computer boot faster while more than 50 service start with system Windows. So if you want a faster computer, you need to disable some of them first.
I saw an article on google search engine before. It descriped how to make your windows faster easily. You can get some tips from it. Hope help you!
