well, it's hard to describe what my laptop is going thru, i mean, i was hacked once (actuallymany times) and am sure the hacker left some bugs on my pc, and am sure they are causing my laptop to perform slow..i mean even the start menu takes like 2 to 3 seconds to appear...i dont know how to technically descrive the performance but it's been months and am trying to sort it out...

I assume you've done all the appropriate anti-spyware and anti-virus things.
Given how long it's been, in your shoes I'd probably copy off the data I want to keep, wipe the machine and reinstall the OS & applications. Once you've been hacked you never know what's left even after you recover.

Then Im not able to do anything. Its freezes and stops, evry application that I run is not responding. I reinstalled win xp and I have same problem. PLEASE HELP, because I will fall into a deep depresion with my laptop.
