Helping people with computers... one answer at a time.

It's unknown what the program file sd32info.exe is.

What is sd32info.exe?

This one I don't know. I haven't found anything about it. Perhaps a reader will comment with the answer.

It is a malware.
Named "Syscenter" or also known as "Trojan.Win32.SysCenter".

Or look at www.sophos.com/virusinfo/analyses/trojcrypterc.html to be more precise because the link mentioned above (www.f-secure.com/v-descs/syscenter.shtml) doesn't actually mention sd32info.exe.

Every time I boot up my PC I receive the following message: could not find c:\windows\system32\sd32info.exe. I have to click OK and the next message that appears is could not load or run because of no c:\windows\system32\sd32info.exe
Another message says to relove whatever program had the c:\info
Any suggestions as to how to eliminate these messages?

a) run an up to date virus check
b) check what's starting when you log in - this article for that: http://ask-leo.com/whats_all_this_stuff_running_after_i_boot_windows.html
