Spyware Guide includes detailed descriptions along with removal instructions for over 1700 different forms of spyware and related malware. It's a good go-to site when faced with spyware that you're not sure how to remove, or if you simply want to understand what a particular piece of spyware does. Spyware Guide includes recommendations for several different Anti-Spyware products, but it's here that I find they come up short ... they don't list the free products such as Spybot or Microsoft's Anti-Spyware program. And it's Microsoft's program that is my recommended anti-spyware software.
