I read all comments and I realise that I have supu.exe. The behaviour of the PC it's the same with your descriptions but I can't find any file named supu or upu.exe. Is thet possible or it could be another virus that perform the same with supu.exe

It certainly could be. The advice is the same regardless: run an up-to-date anti-virus scan.

Please I need help.
I have serious problem by bingoo.exe and supu.exe virus on my network. I removed it but after 10 minuts alert me back. How can I do remove it permanently.

SUPU.EXE is not a dangerous worm it just affects some websites by slowing them down....
don't worry if u get message from ur anti virus that supu.exe file detected in your system containing worm...so just heal the file or move it to vault or quarintine
